The Hat

Jared wears one of his favorite hats after work one day. Normally he can't wear a hat while at Princes, but when he works in the backroom cutting meat he can wear his veteran hat.

The Benefits Pt2

Jared looks over a recently received a reply from the VA about his benefits claim. He has been playing the waiting game with his benefits for the past three years, and upon receiveing the VA's letter he realized he would have to go back to local veterans and VA liasons Mike Stewart and Dale White.

old silver certificate

I have a $5 silver certificate (with Lincoln on it). Here's a buck one (the 1957 series).

old gold certificate

So this I've never seen until today: a gold certificate (i.e., payable in gold coin upon request). I guess that's because, in 1933 (and until 1964), they were banned & illegal to own (oops!) via the Congress Gold Reserve Act. This is one of the larger size notes printed between 1865 & 1928 (it appears to be a 1905 note).

money stamps

Pay the cash equivalent of the face value of the stamps. Apparently used to pay mortgage in the "way back" time.

GREED

Greed is out of hand.
For what ever reason, how do you look people in the eye who walked in to hell to save people they don't know, and tell them, we don't care if you are sick because of your bravery?
